Respite Care.

  • Brookfield STA Short term accommodation (respite care)

  • We offer respite care for one to three NDIS participants in a family home on a ten acre farm property.

    Our home provides a safe and welcoming environment with many animals and pets, lots of activities with a focus on social and living skills.

    We can support self and plan managed participants and seek to build long term relationships with our participants and families offering regular respite and emergency care.

  • Brookfield is keen to support older family carers and can assist in the transition to long term accommodation. We also assist young people develop social and independent living skills.

  • Our family and team work closely with allied health teams, psychologists and existing support workers. We seek to establish healthy eating and sleeping patterns and regular exercise programs.

Staff Training/Workshops.

  • Individualised training in using person centred approaches to meet the needs of client support teams, housing workers, Support Coordinators, and any other group seeking knowledge, inspiration and skills to revitalise their work. The Tool Kit, a workshop about the person centred planning tools and resources that equip workers to deal with complex needs and

  • challenging situations.

  • All sessions include lots of information about community resources and

    services, are dished up with a sense of humour, interactive and fun and

    we bring decades of experience to the table!


Events Venue.

  • We welcome groups to hire our property Brookfield for workshops, staff training, participant groups and carer events. Includes the use of pool and spa, barbecue and fire pit, feeding animals, large kitchen, outdoor decks and areas for groups and meals, art room and gardens.
